What forms of payment are accepted?
We typically send you an email containing an simple invoice to where you may pay it easily with a credit or debit card! However, with the flexibility and common payment methods of Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp this works just as great with us!
How secure is your payment and transaction methods?
We want you to make sure you feel comfortable, so we use the well known ‘Square’ system or also known as the ‘Square App’ to receive payments, send invoices, obtain receipts, and keep track of finances with your business. It is completely secure rest assured! We also use Zelle, Venmo, and Cashapp with zero transaction fees!
Do we have to meet in person to conduct business with my website?
No! If you are in another state, city, or town… no problem! We can send you a simple document to fill out over email as well as talk with you over the phone, getting all the cool details and requests from you until we both feel great and everything is simple and clear to get started on your website!
Can my website be made first before deciding if I even want a website?
Sadly, we can’t do this for you. Making a website takes quite a lot of time as well as costs money to create, maintain, choose the web address, etc.
Do I have to commit to a period of time or sign a contract?
No! All we ask is that you sign an ‘agreement’ giving us the right to charge you in return for our services. However, there is no time frame you MUST choose or pay for. Please do let us know with as much time beforehand as possible though if you wish to discontinue your website / not be charged the following month.
May I show you a website I like that you can copy the format for mine?
Of course! Please feel free to show us many examples of existing websites you see online that you like. Tell us all about what you like and what you don’t like to make sure we take care of your business needs.
How long until my website is completed from start to finish?
The maximum time it could take is four weeks, however, it can usually be done in two weeks or less! It depends on how complicated your requests are.
Can you make a payment plan for me?
Of course! We specialize in small businesses with tight budgets and will try to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Let’s discuss it!
May I pay for years in advance to not worry about paying every month?
If you plan to keep your website for at least a year, and want to pay upfront one year or more of service, you’ll get a 5% off discount! We certainly accept large payments for as many years into the future as you would like, we won’t be going anywhere! Keep in mind prices may increase in the future so doing this would put you at an advantage for sure.
